Company Information

How long have you been in business?

We are a husband and wife team who officially formed our business December 2, 2020.

For curiosity, where did you come up with your name, 1350 West?

Florida is our homegrown state, and that is what we wanted to solely focus on. Florida is the only state in the United States to be bordered on 3 sides by water. We are located on the West side of the state, which is bordered by 1350 miles of beautiful coastline.

Where are you located?

We currently reside on the sunny Gulf Coast in Clearwater, Florida,

Do you have a physical location where I can visit?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a Gallery & Boutique where you may visit. However, this is in our plans, and we plan on bringing something unique to a boutique in 2023!

What are your business hours if I need to contact someone?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm EST.

How do I contact you for assistance?

Always happy to help, you can reach us direct anytime during normal business hours at 727-358-1255. For inquiries sent over the weekend, we will follow up with you the following business day.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

To place an order with us, simply visit our Shop page. After choosing your item(s), simply add them to your cart. Our walk through checkout process will then makes it easy for you to complete your purchase.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to have an account to place an order with us. We do allow you to create a new acccount during your checkout process if you decide to create one at the last minute.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you are wanting to return an item, please email us at returns@1350west.com. You may also contact us at 727-358-1255 Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with it’s receipt and in its original packaging. We never wish to see you not satisfied with your purchase. If this arises, we have you covered, and will return your purchase, on us! Once returned, a full credit of the item purchased will be issued back to you within 24 hours.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel your existing order, feel free to reach us at myorder@1350west.com. Likewise you may contact us at 727-358-1255 Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will send an email to you once your order ships with your tracking information. Orders placed for apparel & gifts, an email will typically be sent to you within 24 hours of your purchase. For wall art & prints, please allow up to 14 days for your tracking infiormation to be emailed. If you do not receive your tracking information in the said times, please email us at myorder@1350west com. Likewise you may contact us at 727-358-1255 Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently we accept payments through Pay Pal. No wories if you wish to pay via credit card. Even if you do not have a Pay Pal account, you can still pay via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying online is indeed for the most part safe. However, there are times where hackers will attempt to enter websites and breach them. We have taken all of the necessary steps to provide a secure and safe online Gallery & Gift Shop for you to purchase, via our website SSL certificate and security on our web server.

Shipping Information

Do you charge for shipping?

All orders under $100 have a Flat Rate of $5. However, we do happily offer complimentary shipping for all Boutique orders over $100 and any print purchase from the Gallery.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

For apparel, gifts, home and outdoor items, your items will arrive in 5-7 business days from your order placement (1-2 business days for Florida deliveries). We ask to please allow 14-21 days delivery time for all photography & fine art prints.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, no. All orders are currently shipped within the Continental United States only.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For orders under $100, a Flat Rate shipping charge of $5 applies for standard 3-5 day shipping. Any order placed over $100, we will ship your order complimentary on us which will be delivered in 3-5 days. For order placed to be delivered in Florida, you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed.
